HOUSE RULES

just a few things that keep everything running smoothly:

  • we have a strict no late-entry policy.

  • please arrive 15 minutes before the start time of class.

  • please be on your mat at the start time of class.

  • the yoga room is a quiet space. leave the chit chat to the lobby and change rooms.

  • shoes and bags are not permitted in the yoga room.

  • please leave your cell phone out of the yoga room. use the lockers provided in the change rooms.

  • yoga mats and mat towels are available to rent so you can travel light.

  • please wear clean yoga clothes and refrain from using strong perfumes or scented body lotions.

LATE POLICY:

  • We do not allow late entry to any classes or workshops.

  • NO exceptions will be made.

NO-SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have these policies to create the best experience for everyone! Please let us know if you have any questions.
Please note, if you have not checked-in 5 minutes prior to class start time, your spot will be given to a fellow yogi on the waitlist.

CANCELLATIOn Policy

  • You must cancel your class 5 hours or more prior to class start time in order to unreserve your spot and return the class to your account.

  • If you cancel the class within that 5 hours prior to class start time, your class credit will be lost. If you are on an unlimited package (including our intro) you will be automatically charged $8 plus tax “Late Cancel Fee” to your credit card on file.

NO-SHOw Policy

  • If you do not cancel and fail to show up for your scheduled class, your class credit will be lost. Unlimited members (including our intro offer) will be charged $20 plus tax.

EXPIRATION:

  • All Single Classes expire 1 year from purchase date. (unless otherwise noted upon purchase)

  • 10 Class packs & Drop in Classes expire 6 months after purchase date

  • We do not offer extensions.

  • For any medical issues, please contact the studio directly.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

  • We do NOT offer refunds or transfers on ANY of our services.

  • Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

  • Merchandise can be exchanged for a max of one month after purchase. When returned after 15 days or more, you will receive credit on your account (not a refund).

  • Sale and clearance items are final sale.

TRANSFERS:

  • All Class Packages, Unlimited Memberships, and Workshops are non-transferable.

  • All class credits must be used by the original purchasing client.

LOST & FOUND:

  • Namaste North is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio or yoga room.

  • When items are found, they are tagged and put in our lost and found. Small items are kept behind the front desk.

  • Please email the studio directly for any items you may have left behind.

  • Our lost and found is emptied MONTHLY so please be diligent and check or call us. Thank you!
