THE ROLE

As a front desk Customer Relations Coordinator your role is to create an amazing client experience and vibe of the studio. To be a friendly welcoming face, connect with clients, educate clients about yoga, health, and consistency, drive sales (retail & memberships) based on customers needs and goals, maintain the cleanliness of the studio, respond to customer communications, resolve customer conflicts, and complete daily shift reports.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Daily:

  • Opens/Closes the studio

  • Ensures the desk/lobby, yoga room, and change rooms are clean and ready for clients, maintain studio cleanliness throughout the shift

  • Set a great tone in the space through music, smell, lighting, and a positive welcoming attitude

  • Connect with customers and build relationships, manage customer accounts and resolve concerns

  • Manages all daily communications with the team and with customers

  • Manage daily membership and merchandise sales

Weekly:

  • Complete weekly assigned tasks

Monthly:

  • Attends Front Desk meeting/training session

  • Completes month studio tasks

Quarterly:

  • Attends Evaluation/Goals meeting (what’s working/not working)

RESULTS

  • Customers are known, are welcomed, encouraged and excited to participate

  • Studio is clean and well maintained

  • Customers are aware of memberships options and studio happenings, memberships are being sold

  • 100% completion of all communications (customer and daily shift report) each shift.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An engaging, positive personality

  • Open to feedback

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Sales and customer service experience

  • Personally interested in and committed to health and wellness

  • Technically proficient. Experience with MindBody, Google Suites and Social Media is an asset

Studio Manager and Studio Assistant Manager

COMPENSATION

Estimated Hours: 15-20 per week

Minimum wage - $18/hr
