WHO WE ARE
Namaste North is in the business of helping people to feel and BE their best. Through yoga and fitness classes, community, and accountability we help people go from confused or unmotivated about health and wellness to their healthiest, most vibrant selves.
The Energy Exchange team get to be these people, as well as ambassadors to the studio who help keep the studio the beautiful, clean, and vibrant place that it is!
THE ROLE
The Energy Exchange Program is designed to build, enrich and give back to our community. It is an equal and mutual exchange of energy where both parties benefit. Energy Exchangers agree to cleaning the studio once a week for a minimum of a 6 month period, or providing other specific services to the studio (ex: hot room steam cleaning, massage, live music, managing supplies) in exchange for an Unlimited Membership.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Weekly:
Responsible for cleaning on a set weekly shift (approx. 2.5 hours)
Completely clean the studio, including hot room, change rooms, lobby, vestibule and laundry
Read and respond to studio communication from the Energy Exchange Team Lead, and with other team members
Monthly:
Work with other Energy Exchangers when any availability concerns arise and swaps shifts where needed.
RESULTS
