HOT 60
The Original Hot Yoga.
60 min version of our 26 pose & 2 breathing exercise traditional hot yoga class. Beginner friendly. We will stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body.

HOT 90
The Original Hot Yoga.
90 min version of our 26 pose & 2 breathing exercise traditional hot yoga class. Beginner friendly. We will stretch and strengthen every muscle in the body.

HIIT PILATES
HIIT Pilates is our answer to strength training and cardio. High Intensity Interval Training (think cardio/fat burning) combined with Pilates Principles (think core stability work) Fun, challenging, full body, high intensity, low impact workout that strengthens muscles and burns fat. Designed for all fitness levels.
The room is heated to 35C with 35% humidity.
ALIGN AND FLOW
Build a strong foundation to your yoga practice.
Foundational yoga poses to increase body and breath awareness, flexibility and strength.
The room is heated to 32C (think warm, but not offensively hot).
VIN/YIN
A combination class, starts with an invigorating vinyasa flow, followed by a relaxing Yin series of longer holds for increased fascial and muscle stretching. This class is great for opening the joints and resetting the mind.
The room is heated to 32C.
FEEL GOOD FLOW
A flow style class that will make you feel good!
You will connect with your breath and move through a fluid flowing sequence that works through your body and will leave you feeling both energized and rested. The room is heated to 30C to help you warm up and feel good!
MASHUP
A creative blend of our different movement styles & postures (Hot, Flow, & Yin) set to an epic playlist. This music centered experience is one of our most popular classes.
Note: This class has less verbal cueing and instruction than some of our other classes due to the loud music that plays a key role in the unwinding, undoing and sheer happiness.
The room is heated to 35C.
NAMASLAY
A candlelit, "music centered", power flow class. The music is central to the experience; loud, sometimes intense, you will move to the beat, let your breath and the music guide your movement and leave feeling refreshed, and reconnected with your self.
Note: This class has less verbal cueing and instruction than some of our other classes due to the loud music
As such it is NOT recommended for beginners.

YIN
The chill, super low impact class. Relaxing & restorative, focused on deep stretching and long holds targeting the deep connective tissue of the body & fascia with a large emphasis on the hips, legs and spine. You will relax & restore the nervous system and leave feeling refreshed. If you'd like to bring your yoga blocks, bolsters or straps please do so!
The room is warm.
NIDRA/iREST
"Yoga Nidra" or yogic sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, this is induced by a guided meditation. It is designed to help shift your brain waves into states that will release mood enhancing serotonin, enhance learning and processing of emotions, followed by deep rest where the body is able to remove cortisol and regenerate the organs and brain (similar to what happens during sleep). You will enjoy a deep state of relaxation. This class will soothe your nervous system and help reduce stress. Feel free to bring props (pillow, blanket) to put under your head and/or knees for comfort. Dress comfortably.
iRrest is a more secularized, version of Nidra where any ancient cultural language is removed, and instructors are trained in dealing with triggers and trauma making it more accessible to mainstream western populations.
This class will be comfortably warm at 87 degrees.
