Arm Balancing
Workshop

with Amelia and Kayla

In this 2 hour workshop-style class, students will get an opportunity to learn and practice a variety of arm balances. Amelia and Kayla will introduce warm-up and cool down techniques, variations and modifications for poses, anatomical posture breakdown, and fun & challenging transitions. Students will have an opportunity to ask questions and experience individualized assistance.

Hot Pilates Skills
Workshop

with Zak and Katie

By the end of this workshop, students will:

  • Understand fundamental Pilates principles + HIIT foundations and how they apply to your workout.

  • Master essential postures with correct form,
    breathing, and engagement.

  • Learn how to modify or intensify exercises
    based on their fitness level.

  • Have their individual questions answered to
    deepen their practice.

Yoga for Stress Management

with Cat and Effie

In this interactive Restorative workshop, students will:

  • Learn the benefits of a regular restorative practice (Yin, Meditation Styles such as Nidra) and how to use these tools to de-stress and restore their nervous system.

  • Have the opportunity to put these tools into practice with a Yin and Meditative session.

  • Learn ways to modify their practice through the use of props and making self adjustments to their bodies.

  • Learn and experiences practices that will help to balance the nervous system: Nidra, Meditation, Breath work.

  • Have their questions answered and leave the afternoon feeling calm, relaxed and able to add more restorative techniques to their daily practice.

HOT Yoga
Foundations Workshop

with Meg and Deb

This is a great opportunity to dive deeper into the HOT poses and understand how they fit into YOUR body! In this interactive workshop, we will break down postures, discuss proper alignment, benefits (the why) so that you can get the most out of your practice. With personalized tips and the opportunity to ask questions, you'll gain a deeper understanding of the postures and how to apply the benefits to your body for maximum benefit.
Enjoy the opportunity to learn from the founder of Namaste North (Meghan Huehn) and Instructor Team Lead (Debbie Cabral). With several years of teaching experience (15+ each) and leading Teacher Trainings, you'll be sure to leave with more tools in your tool belt to apply to your practice.
